Bootcamp Time Again!

My Internet Marketing Journey

My internet marketing journey started late 2006 and it has been one of the most exciting journeys in my life. It all started by attending World Internet Summit 2006 in KL. I was exposed to a lot of new ideas but at the same time was faced with a lot of challenges as I'm not a very technical person.

To fast track my learning process, I signed up for the Internet Marketing Bootcamp by Asia Internet Academy. It's a 2-day bootcamp for internet marketing newbies. Here I learnt from my mentor, Fabian Lim. It was a very intensive bootcamp but it was well worth the effort as now I know that you do not need to be a geek to be an internet marketer.

Now, being the lazy person that I have always been, I never got around to actually doing anything after the bootcamp. It was not until about a month later when I attended the graduation ceremony that I realised something had to be done.

That's when I decided to sign up for Fabian's Advanced Mentoring Coaching Program (AMCP). It is a 3 month live hands-on coaching course conducted personally by Fabian. Classes are held every fortnightly for half a day.

Now here's when magic happens... My first sale happened just 2 days after I started my AdWords campaign! The feeling was just incredible! Next thing I started to do was to create more and more campaigns. Sales kept coming in every other day. What a good start to my internet marketing journey...

I have now completed AMCP and have also been working closely with Fabian. I have returned to be mentor at subsequent bootcamps and have also conducted the Advanced Coaching Program together with other senior mentors appointed by Fabian.
